I acknowledge reading and adhering to the following guidelines and understand that failure to follow the guidelines may result in withdrawal of permission to use these elements and that publications or other materials using these elements in unapproved ways may have to be destroyed or withdrawn from circulation:
- SDSU Research Foundation symbols (SDSURF) and marks are owned by SDSURF. I agree not to duplicate the computer graphic files to distribute them inside or outside SDSURF.
- SDSURF symbols and marks may not be incorporated into any other design to create a new symbol.
- SDSURF symbols and marks may not be altered, stretched, outlined, given drop shadows, changed in color, or enclosed in shapes that appear to be a part of the symbol identity.
- SDSURF symbols and marks are to be used in accordance with "The SDSU Research Foundation Graphic Identity System."
